HR Analytics Dashboard for Altera Co.

This project involved creating an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard for Altera Co. using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

 

Utilizing Power Query's data transformation capabilities, I transformed raw HR data into a visually appealing and insightful dashboard, highlighting key metrics:

​

  • Demographics: 23,490 employees, 70.65% male, 29.35% female, and most holding bachelor’s degrees.

  • Training: 29,462 sessions, 63.26 average score, with 8,429 employees meeting KPIs over 80%.

  • Insights: Departmental and geographical distribution, plus age group breakdowns.

This dashboard empowers HR professionals to make data-driven decisions and gain a comprehensive understanding of the workforce.

Meeting Management and Project Coordination

In this project, I managed meetings by setting up agendas, capturing detailed discussions, and translating them into clear, actionable items.

​

I organised and prioritised these tasks, assigning them to the appropriate team members based on their strengths and availability. To ensure efficient follow-up, I set deadlines, tracked progress, and facilitated regular check-ins.

​

This approach ensured seamless communication and the timely completion of all action items, contributing to the overall success of the initiative.

Social Buzz Content Analysis

The goal of this project was to understand how Social Buzz performs on social media. I leveraged Microsoft Excel and Power BI to clean, merge, analyse, and visualise the data.

​

The analysis revealed that content about animals was the most popular. With this information, Social Buzz can now adjust its social media strategy to reach more people and improve its performance.

Optimising Schedules and Calendar Management

In this project, I designed a Google Calendar schedule to help executives stay organised and efficient. I color-coded events to make it easy to see what's happening at a glance. 

​

I also added time blocks and notifications to the schedule to ensure the executive is prepared and on time.

​

Finally, I included a weekly review session to reflect on the week and plan for the future. This helps the executive stay organised and efficient.
